There seems to be a bug in the creation of the new Czech translation of Gal Gadot's profile. I have already reported it.

As for "translations" of names, there are no set guidelines yet, but I think we should follow national customs. In the case of Czech versions of foreign actresses' names, the rules of Czech grammar allow (or in some cases recommend) the "přechýlení" (there is no English equivalent to this term) of names into Czech, e.g. Brigitte Bardot = Brigitte Bardotová, except in cases where it is customary to use an "nepřechýlené" name, e.g. Edit Piaf, Gina Lolobrigida. Since the Czech "translation" is strictly for Czech users, I won't prevent anybody from adding a "přechýlená" female name, but I don't do it myself.

As for actress Gal Gadot in particular, the Czech Wikipedia, for example, uses a "přechýlenou" form of her name Gal Gadotová. Therefore, I see no reason to prevent Czech users from adding this form to the Czech "translation".

Thank you for your reply. About name translations, yes, we have "přechýlené" name, but it should be used only for Czech names. I don't know, if there is rule for translations, but lot of english teachers told, that names shouldn't be translated. It means that all names should be same as in passport (for example). I tried to find any recommendation and I found some Czech article (https://didacticus.cz/prechylovani-prijmeni) that says, "přechýlení" should use everywhere in Czech, but for known people like actress it shouldn't be.

I will do some research into it and then I'll decide what form to use. The truth is, that except for the Czech Wikipedia, most of the other big Czech DBs (filmovyprehled.cz, National Library, all TV nation-wide broadcasters, csfd.cz, fdb.cz...) use "nepřechýlenou" version of female names.
