It's happening on all the threads I've looked at today.

I haven't, myself, experienced that issue. And your OP, above, shows a normal time stamp for me - also all the comments do on the example thread you linked.

Are you still experiencing it? If so, check your account settings, and see if perhaps somehow your language/country codes got changed to something other than en-US?

So weird, everything is back to normal. Although I don't know when it happened?
