I can't create a new translation

Hi, I tried to add a new translation for a couple of entries, and I can't. There is no visible way to create a new translation for me, only to edit existing ones. I tried 2 different browsers, Safari and Firefox, and there is no visible way in the web page to add a new translation.
Has there been changes to the website that made that option recently unavailable?

Try set the language you want translated to explorer TMDB, then edit...
