The Translated Title field is for the title of the first—theatrical, physical, digital or TV—release. The anime does have an official translated Russian title and dub on Crunchyroll but Crunchyroll is not available in Russia. Since the ru-RU translation is for the Russian language spoken in Russia (translations on TMDB are linked with countries), and Crunchyroll is not available in Russia, there is no Russian translated title. The only thing that could be added is a transliterated title.Reply by raze464

Crunchyroll is available in Belarus and Kazakhstan according to this article so I've added back the Russian the title.
