Is it bad that my favorite Australian films are the Mad Max Quadrilogy and Crocodile Dundee? Then again I don't know of many others that were made or filmed there.
Black Sheep (2006) is an Australian or New Zealand horror-comedy movie about genetically altered sheep that become bloodthirsty killers. Official Trailer (which does not show you how funny it is): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4PkMPAlMFo
Somebody tried to upload the full movie on YouTube, but they left out the climax in the last 5 minutes and it's a reduced size. Another uploaded a full version dubbed in another language, also reduced size.

I thought this was a NZ film because of where it filmed. Maybe you are talking about the studio behind it, no?
But yeah this film is tons of fun. I've seen it twice on tv (not in OV) but it was my kind of humor. Semi body- horror, semi absurd slapstick. Like, the plot is so nuts that you have to give it a chance... Sheep that act so violent that it makes tigers look tame in comparison. Another thing is the main actress is pretty cute too hehe.
Now that I think of it, I need to watch more of these indie horror comedies.

Not at all. Crocodile Dundee is still the biggest domestic movie in Australian history.
