Denmark until recently had a horrible record of prosecuting rape. Here is an article about one of the changes in the country pertaining to rape.

Here is another article about a real case that started in the late '90s. You can scroll up to read the beginning of the page. Denmark doesn't seem to be very strict when it comes to rape?

Those Scandinavian countries are pretty lenient when it comes to criminal penalties. Didn't Anders get 21 years for murdering 69 people in Norway? You murder even ONE person in the US and you could very well lose your freedom forever.
