Gao Yuanyuan's character uses Mandarin, first at around 10:07, and then starting from 54:05. Jackie Chan's character switches to Mandarin when talking to her. Chen Baoguo's character also uses Mandarin. I checked the Blu-ray with the original Cantonese, but you may be able to watch it here online.
