I've just watched this on Netflix. How do people feel about the ending? Did anyone clock what happened to the sister? I must have missed that bit.
I really enjoyed it, and I thought the ending sequence with the ballet was great. Plus the 'playtime' bit was the scariest part of the whole film - unexpected and powerful!

Well call me disappointed, I clicked this thread thinking it was about the 'real' Heidi.

Agree because that just goes to show how horrid it is for Hollywood to make dreadful hack remakes.
When you think Real "Heidi" the Movie, you think of Miss Temple and the Grandfather.
Or you think "Heidi Bowl" with Miss Simmons and Maximillan Schell.
So then you click in to see if it's Real "Heidi" or "Heidi Bowl" and man, what a disappointment you are in for then, all the way around because there should be separate boards for good films and bad new hack remakes.

Or at least TMDB should include the year made/released in the title.
It should look like this: Heidi (2014)
