very sorry to disturb you again...is allowed any photoshop edit ? i was thinking in this case add some extra black space at the top of the image to get the right aspect radio without distort the original image. As said before, sorry.

That is an option, yes, but then it has to look professional. If it looks bad, the image would be deleted as a bad image. Based on the original image, I think it would be hard to succeed in this case.

A good try, but not good enough. It would probably take a lot of time to get the all the black background to be really black. Making sure there is no forgotten spaces around the text, and so on. But if you have time, that could actually work.
Also, based on the quality of the image I would choose to add it as 1200x1800 instead.
