There hasn't been a single official peep about when A24 will release it. It's likely still quite a ways out.

it should come out today actually. July 17 2017 is indicated as blue-ray release date

I just did some research and it looks like it was picked up by DirectTV Cinema so it has already been released on demand and now there are copies floating around.

Nah, the deal is that it will be released by DirecTV Cinema a month before its widespread theatrical release, which has yet to be announced.

It's set for a March 2018 release.

The film will debut exclusively on DIRECTV on January 25, before A24 distributes the film in theaters on March 2, 2018
