This B-movie has the distinction of being the 2nd worse movie ever made please give us your opinions on it.

Many of us (myself included) are new here, and still finding our way around.
By posting in the main General board, you've also illuminated an interesting problem: Many title forums on this site will not attract very much activity until the userbase grows significantly and until a considerable amount of time has passed. Because of that fact, there is arguably a need to help increase visibility of new discussions on relatively inactive forums.
