I consider this to be the best Death Race movie. Anybody agree?

idk but I was wondering if DR2 can be watched before watching the 1st. Someone gave me this DVD and I've been meaning to watch it but not sure if it'll make sense or spoil anything since I haven't seen #1.

It won't spoil anything, it actually takes place before #1. It tells the story of the first man to become Frankenstein in the Death Race, it also tells you the origin of the Death Race and why it was created.
