Now, have you seen it though? After long desperate searches the only thing I could find was a DVD in a Canadian library, doesn't seem to be accessible any other way... I really hope I'm wrong though

No, I haven't seen it. Have you tried contacting the production company? Or the director, there are a couple of people on FB that might be him (https://www.facebook.com/public/Pascal-Robitaille)?

It's a 50 minute experimental Canadian film from 2007 made for the festival circuit probably by some film student. Whatever available copies existed are in low numbers and certainly made by the filmmakers themselves. Good luck in finding a copy and to add from personal experience not worth a search.
