It was produced and completed in 1970, but was never released in Czech or anywhere else before 1990 premiere at Cannes film festival.
Based on tmdb guidelines it should be 1990. But some purist will change it to 1970, so if there’s possibility to lock the release date - it would be nice.

@CormacJones did exactly what I was telling about. He added 1970 as a release date, though it was never released in 1970.

Unfortunately we do not have the capability to lock release dates (yet). I've removed the 1970 date, for now.
