Mantracker is a Canadian reality television series created by Ihor Macijiwsky and produced by Bonterra Productions. It premiered in Canada in April 2006 on the Outdoor Life Network. In the United States, the show currently airs on the Science Channel and in the UK on Extreme Sports Channel. The episodes of the first six seasons feature Terry Grant, an expert tracker called the "Mantracker", who pursues two individuals in the remote Canadian or American wilderness. The pursued, referred to as "Prey", must elude capture while attempting to reach a finish line within thirty-six hours. In season 7, Chad Savage Lenz replaces Terry Grant as the Mantracker.

Descending is an exciting new weekly TV show now airing on Canada’s Outdoor Life Network, and featuring some stunning underwater video from around the world. Host Scott Wilson, from Brantford, Ontario, though fairly new to scuba, jumps right in to explore some of this planet’s “most remote locations” in the one-hour weekly show. Noting that so much of planet Earth is underwater and so few people get to see this realm firsthand, he said, “We knew it was important to shoot spectacular footage.” Wilson’s co-host is New Zealand diver Ellis Emmett, author, adventurer and friend. Emmett has penned five adventure books and is the owner of a New Zealand river rafting company. “I want people to be inspired, educated and enlightened, and have a laugh or two along the way,” he said. This year the hosts explore the underwater world on scuba, wearing full-face masks and dry suits. As post-production work continues on episodes scheduled to air in the coming weeks, they’re planning a switch to rebreathers, and even the occasional use of mixed gases in season two, officially not a go yet, but they’re hopeful! With government backing and the support of the Outdoor Life Network, Descending joins a long list of Canadian made underwater TV series that have found strong audience support.

Creepy Canada is a Canadian television series that aired on OLN. It focused on paranormal activities around Canada. The show first premiered on October 23, 2002 and began its third season on May 5, 2006. With the third season the show's scope was expanded to include paranormal activity reported in the United States. It was originally hosted by Terry Boyle, and was later hosted by Brian O'Dea, who was also the producer of the show.

Creepy Canada's last episode aired on July 28, 2006; the show has stopped producing new episodes.

Beyond Survival is a Canadian documentary television show hosted by survival expert Les Stroud.

The Outhouse is a Canadian television series that aired on OLN in Canada and in Australia on Foxtel. It was a one hour home improvement show hosted by identical twins Brad Goddard and Chris Goddard and produced by Peace Point Entertainment. It tried to separate itself from other home improvement shows by offering a more slapstick, humorous take on the genre.

The Outhouse won Bronze honours at WorldFest in Houston for Best Reality Based Programme.

The premise of the show was to revitalize the exterior of the two "crappiest looking houses" on the block in two days with a fixed budget. The twins placed usually humiliating side bets as to which of the two houses would win. The Most Improved Crapper was voted by neighbourhood ballot at a Steam Whistle Brewing keg party held to celebrate the completion of the transformations.

Road Hockey Rumble is a half-hour reality series produced by Paperny Entertainment and broadcast on OLN. The series uses a documentary format but crosses over into the genres of sports, travel, and comedy. It follows two Canadian hosts, Calum MacLeod and Mark McGuckin playing their way across Canada in a 13 game grudge match series of Road Hockey. From British Columbia to Newfoundland and all of the territories, they tap into the rivalries, legends and grit of Canada’s most colourful and competitive towns. Friends in life but rivals in hockey, each host drafts their own team of locals to battle it out on the court.

A number of past and present NHL hockey players have made appearances or been showcased in the series including Jordin Tootoo, Jason King, Wade Redden, Eric Staal, David Ling, Duane Sutter, Éric Bélanger, Terry Ryan, Tyler Arnason and Eric Chouinard. The show has also featured Canadian Gold Medal Champion Curler Russ Howard and 4 Time World's Strongest Man Magnús Ver Magnússon.

The complete series was released on DVD on July 1, 2009.

Word Travels is an adventure travel television documentary series. An original Canadian production, the show debuted on OLN on January 30, 2008 and airs in Canada on OLN and CityTV, and worldwide on Nat Geo Adventure. The show is co-hosted by Robin Esrock and Julia Dimon, produced by Omni Film Limited, and filmed by Sean Cable.

The first season of Word Travels aired on OLN in Canada and began airing internationally on the National Geographic Adventure worldwide in October 2008. The second season began airing on the OLN on January 18, 2009, and aired on National Geographic Adventure in September, 2009. Season 3 was filmed between April and October 2009, and debuted in Canada on OLN on March 7, 2010. It airs on Travel Channel in 21 languages around the world. Word Travels is often misspelled as World Travels.

Courage in Red is a 13 part television documentary that details many aspects of crime that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police must contend with on a daily basis. Each 30 minute episode focuses on a certain aspect of the RCMP such as training at the RCMP Academy, Depot Division in Regina, frontline police work, the Emergency Response Team, canine unit, and VIP protection among others.

The show aired on OLN from November 1 to December 13, 2009 and aired on SCN from February 23 to May 21, 2010.

The Best and Worst of Tred Barta is a reality television series hosted by Tred Barta which began airing on the Outdoor Life Network on November 5, 2004.

ODYSSEY: Driving Around the World is a documentary television series. It follows the 66,000-kilometre driving expedition of seven Americans, including travel writer Rolf Potts. They depart from San Francisco and head south through 26 countries of North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, and back home 15 months later. The team's experience include encounters with a Pol Pot survivor in Cambodia, a Buddhist orphanage in Myanmar, and the Dalai Lama in India. Guest appearances include actor Michael J. Fox and director James Cameron.

Burgess Productions produced the series. ODYSSEY is the title of the documentary travel adventure series itself, with Driving Around the World as the subtitle for the first season.

Dangerous Game is a television series which began airing in 2004. Unlike most types of hunting which usually focuses on prey animals such as deer and rabbits, this series focuses on the hunting of predatory animals and some of the deadliest in the world, such as lions, bears, and pumas. The series began airing on the Outdoor Life Network and was picked up in 2006 by Versus. As of now, no new episodes of the series have aired on NBC Sports Network.
