She's a child actress I haven't heard of before. When I first saw this thread I was thinking it's about singer Helen O'Connell (whose name I couldn't entirely remember the subtleties of, instead just the overall general sound of), who I at first thought maybe was originally a child actress. I remember that Helen from my younger years, when she used to appear on t.v. a lot.
