1.) Your first image is not a profile of her, obviously. But for every person page here on TMDb, we want/prefer pictures of the head or the upper body - no full-body shots.
2.) Your second image is distorted. Compare your upload to the original image -> do you see the difference in quality? For the future, when you crop an original image to achieve the correct aspect ratio, you have to make sure that the quality of the original remains.
(By the way, I uploaded 2 other pictures of her -> and I think it's fascinating how different she looks compared to 10 years ago.
