After a U.S. defense department satellite crashes into the jungle, it's up to Sheena, Cutter and Cutter's old nemesis, Tyler, to track down and deprogram the satellite before the area is bombed by the military.

When a young friend of Sheena's is killed in a bombing, Cutter's old friend Tyler reappears to lead a mission to assassinate the terrorist responsible.
