Episodes are released on Amazon Prime January 21 at 0h00 GMT. At that time, it's still January 20 in the evening in the US.

... so? The show was released January 21 0:00 GMT. That's still January 21. With how the show is listed, now, projects that use TMDB as a datasource are showing this show premiering on January 19 in the US, because they run on the assumption TMDB doesn't arbitrarily adjust the air date based on some timezone other than what the broadcaster's using.

On TMDB the listed release date is based on the date in the original country of the series. This is a US series, so we list the date in the US.
