Sue Thomas now joins the team. Sue & Lucy move in together and Sue has her own office & Levi has his own desk! Jack & Sue talk to someone who reported a bomb threat Jack wonders if the threat is real. Jerry white isn't much help when asked if he knew anything on the threat.

Sue wonders how she will tell Lucy she doesn't to live with her the co-workers seem to hate Jerry White. Sue wonders why Mr. Proctor had oil on his hands a bomb is found in the home of Henry Proctor. Sue tells Jack her findings and gets a new car!

The FBI worries that an upcoming march could be the target of a possible terrorist attack. Sue tries to enlist Betty's help in trying to capture her husband.

Jack and the gang find where the Bubonic Plague was stored and how Joseph maybe spreading it. As Betty learns more about her husband she understands that Sue was right about him.

Jack gets a new case for the team to solve. Jack and the team must Tony convict Hill for killing an FBI agent. Jack learns that Tony Hill is getting out of prison after serving 5 years of his prison sentence. Jack asks cousin Sal to get a confession out of Tony about the murder of the FBI agent.

As the team digs up more evidence to convict Tony Hill for the murder of Shep they undercover another murder that took place in 1999. Cousin Sal is found dead in his hotel room due to a drug overdose. Jack learns that the District Attorney will let Tony Hill out again because there isn't enough evidence to charge him with both murders.

Adam Kinsey of ""Final flight"" is assigned to shadow Jack and learn some secrets of the trade and follow the team.

Howie tells Sue, Jack, and Adam about some information he got regarding a gun shipment. Otis had plasma screen TV that he wants to sell so he can get out of dealing with the guns.

After the team finds the man Otis has been working for Adam requests to see the dead body he learns that looking at a dead body may be harder than he thinks. Adam begins to fall in love with Tara. Things begin to get scary when the team learns that a plane flew into restricted airspace over Washington D.C. and suddenly goes missing after the pilot turns off so the plane can't be spotted.
