Todd takes over directing Moonglow's school production of Hansel and Gretel, but he ends up scaring the children (and the audience). Meanwhile, Jacey is up for an Oscar nomination and takes the advice of Apache to mingle with Hollywood elite. While at a party, Apache gets a call that Moonglow's play has been bumped up an hour, but he neglects to tell his mother this news.

When she learns that Jacey spent part of her early years as a protestor, Lori does some protesting of her own -- by freeing the caged animals on the set of Reece's movie.
