I haven't seen any episodes of this in decades, but was crazy about it years back, when it reran, seems like always late night, during the '80s.

There were so many wonderfully hilarious characters, actors/actresses, and sketches. My favourite bits were the fake commercials, the celebrity impersonations, and the parodies of famous movies - for example "Jane Airhead". (Jane was a bumbling complete dolt, in a variation on - you guessed it - Jane Eyre.)

I especially enjoyed zany Andrea Martin and Catherine O'Hara. Each of them always cracked me up.

Ah, the good old days.....
