Discuss Two and a Half Men

Now Binging Two and A Half Men! Who was the hottest chick on the show???

I'm now currently on season 6 binging my way through. I've seen random episodes here and there but never every episode or in order. Obviously a show like this could not be made today in today's climate after the MeToo movement and all, but yeah pretty damn good show!

Say what you will about Charlie Sheen but he was great on this show and the show would never get to where it was without him. So who was the hottest chick on the show? With so many hot chicks, quite possibly equal or even more than Entourage??? Who is the hottest of them all? Please include season and episode if possible?

Thanks! Meeeeeeeeennnnnnn!

Just finished Season 11 WTF? Kate(my favorite in terms of being the best option for true love/decent personality) comes back into Waldens life he gets the once in a lifetime second chance with in my opinion the ONE, but what does he do throws it all away for Mila Kunis character who is literally a homeless, sketchy girl who sleeps in dirty tents and hitchhikes her way all around the country. (BIG FACE PALM!) Yes obviously Mila is Ashton's real life wifey but come one she was in one damn episode and literally offered Walden NOTHING! Walden through away the ONE for a random homeless chick who wandered into his backyard and he didn't even get to hook up with her!

See what I was saying? This only makes sense in the sitcom world. Happily-ever-after is, apparently, not as funny as this oddball decision.

Interestingly, I remember when Jack Tripper fell in love with Vicky Bradford and Janet married Phillip. It had to be the end of Three's Company. They spun off Jack and Vickie into a new sitcom, Three's A Crowd, but it didn't do well. Once Jack, or Charlie, or Walden, or Alan, settles down with one chick, it's harder to continue stringing a parade of hot chicks and silly shenanigans into future plots, right?

But yeah back to the subject of this thread: The start up tech chick who works in the garage was pretty hot. Reminded me of a taller Jessica Alba with a bigger rack! Also the brunette who does wax removal who was dating Amber Tamberlyn was pretty hot

Yep, she sure was.

But geez I can't stand Lindsey shes a mess just keeps showing up drunk and throwing up everywhere. She's engaged to Larry and still bangs Alan the whole time. I hope they kill of Lindsey soon. Also the whole faking gay to adopt kids is a horrible arc. Hopefully it doesn't go for too long in Season 12! I think whenever a show that usually features hot chicks as the main theme starts focusing on kids its wrap and fork is stuck in it! Hopefully the rest of Season 12 finishes strong because so far the first few episodes are horrendous and nothing like what makes TwoAndHalfMen so great at all.

Yeah, every show gets long in the tooth. It's hard to blame Jerry Seinfeld from walking away at the top of the game. Better to leave while still wanted, than to hang around long after shelf life (like Married...With Children did and got brutally, suddenly, cancelled, with no notice, oy!)

Hey FINALLY finished the entire show! Wow what a great show but it really did go down hill to the point of no redemption towards the end of season 11. Again I would of loved for Walden to end up with Kate and they lived happily ever after. Shoot with Kate flying all over the world(Japan, China, SF) Walden could have either flown up to see her time to time in his private jet or Alan could have still kept living at the beach house since Kate's always flying around the world for business right?

Alan and Walden getting married and adopting a kid was the final nail in the coffin and the point of no return. I get they wanted a conclusion to the show but this was by far the worst possible idea. I would have much preferred Alan to come out of the closet or as BI sexual even as that would make more sense and then Walden maybe donating all his money to charity and even chasing Mila Kunis around hitchhiking everywhere would even be more satisfying. ARGGG!

Charlie being Silenced of The Lambs the whole time was pretty cool. I think Rose kidnapping him for the last 4 years was a great idea. I heard they were negotiating to try to get Charlie back for that final scene but he did not want to kill off Charlie and he wanted to do a spin off with just him and Alan called the Harpers so thats why he refused. The piano crushing both Charlie and Chuck was pretty damn cartoony but I guess original in that no other show just kills off the two most powerful people on the show in a flash like that?

You brought up Threes Company and I loved that show! John Ritter is the GOAT! I think no one has even come close to his raw talent, charisma, comedic presence on TV! Guy was like a BEAST!

I remember seeing Threes a Crowd and The Roapers both were ok but not a great as he OG Threes Company. Also all the 70's Funky Swag and charm right? I always wondered why John never became a huge movie star he had it all! His last show 8SimpleRules was Really funny making fun of that early 2000's generation of kids. When John died it really hit home since I was a small kid idolizing Jack Tripper and all! But yeah being such a John Ritter fan I'd watch anything he starred in. Remember Skin Deep? That was like a rated R version of what Jack Tripper would be in the 1980's and he knocked it out the park! Again I truly wonder why he never became a huge movie star???

Yeah Seinfeld left at the right time and more impressively had the best deal which made him the most successful. I dont want to sound like a hater but I never understood the incredible success of Seinfeld, it was not nearly as funny as so many other superior sitcoms. I do love Larry David though and his show Curb is like 100times funnier than Seinfeld, yes maybe because its on HBO and they didn't have to hold back on the jokes and censors like Seinfeld did but yeah.

But yeah now that the show is done and I've finished all 12 seasons I'd still rank my top 5 hottest as: 1)Diora Baird(the only one to make it as a poster on Jake's wall!) 2)Kandi (Alan's ex wife) 3)Amber Tamlyn's girlfriend Waxer chick 4)Garage tech start up chick 5)Megan Fox

While I really enjoyed the musical ("You're a douche!") yeah, you could tell the writers pretty much gave up after that. Also, the entire premise that Walden couldn't get rid of Alan was absurd. He was a billionaire. It'd have been no trouble for him to just buy Alan a condo in the Valley or wherever. When one has that kind of money, they don't waste time enduring problems that can be solved with money - that's what the money is for.

Yep, he'd have had it made! But, let's think a little more about that. Kate's agent was...Rose. If she's got Charlie captive, why bother screwing with Walden's happiness? Her possessiveness was beyond irrational.

I did not know that! Makes sense they leave his character open for potential future interests. Too bad Sheen was such a mess.

I never saw Skin Deep, but thanks for the encouragement, I will! (it's on Amazon Prime). Have you seen Unforgivable? He's good in that, too, as a not-so-nice-guy (he really goes against type in this one).

That was like a rated R version of what Jack Tripper would be in the 1980's and he knocked it out the park! Again I truly wonder why he never became a huge movie star???

The mediums are different. Some can do both (Jason Bateman comes to mind). Some just specialize in one or the other. John Ritter was a great TV guy, he really got the medium. Another couple of great TV people are Ed O'Neal and Katey Sagal - seems every show they touch is successful, right? But you just don't see them on the big screen much if at all.

And, vice versa. We're not like to see the Pacinos and De Niros of the world do TV, right? And let's not forget live theatre, a whole OTHER world.

Interesting! I love the show Seinfeld, never watched Curb Your Enthusiasm. I didn't think I could stomach too much Larry David.

Yeah the Douche Musical was pretty good. It reminded me a lot of when HowIMetYourMother did a similar episode with Barney singing about his suits! But again I loved all the tech start up and banter situations with Patton Oswalt and even the hot garage tech start up chick. They should have just went all in on these story arcs giving the show a more hip up to date theme like the Silicon Valley show on HBO.

Yep, he'd have had it made! But, let's think a little more about that. Kate's agent was...Rose. If she's got Charlie captive, why bother screwing with Walden's happiness? Her possessiveness was beyond irrational.

You know whats crazy I actually like Rose. I like how she pops in once a season two screw everything up especially when things are finally getting normal or going well. Yeah she was nuts but most chicks are nuts right?

The writers gave up. I mean, they adopt a kid who then, mysteriously, just disappears with no mention. WTF?

Yeah I think there should be a new rule once a sitcom brings a new kid in the show to try to save ratings that show should just cancel itself. Maybe they were trying to recapture the appeal of a young smaller Jake, but its nothing but cringe whenever a new kid comes in a show and just c0ckblocks the stars of the show from getting laid, or other obnoxious things.

I did not know that! Makes sense they leave his character open for potential future interests. Too bad Sheen was such a mess.

Yeah apparently even up to shooting that final scene of Charlie's back of head, they were desperately trying to get him to do it for the finale and just ended up getting a stand in actor to look like Charlie. Also they were going to have Charlie give a speech on say no to drugs like a PSA and then the piano was still going to fall and crush him.

I never saw Skin Deep, but thanks for the encouragement, I will! (it's on Amazon Prime). Have you seen Unforgivable? He's good in that, too, as a not-so-nice-guy (he really goes against type in this one).

Oh man you gotta watch Skin Deep! It's so epic! Its crazy how back then men would just kiss women on their mouths even if it was just an acquaintance lol. I dont wanna to say too much and accidentally post spoilers.

Yeah Jason Bateman always had they charm and charisma! Even when he was on Silver Spoons, he stole the show with so much charm and personality, sweet talking his way into anything even outsmarting the adults in the room. Bateman also was really cool on Valeri's Family, Hogan's Family, he really was that cool big brother! I actually like him more as a kid on these kid shows verses Arrested Development and Ozark believe it or not! Great points about Ed O'Neal and Katey Sagal making all their shows huge successes! Do you know Ed O'Neal was playing some serious bad ass Alien War Lord in the movie Flight of The Navigator and when he came on screen everyone laughed their asses off so Disney cut his scene out completely LOL sad this was the epitome of being type casted and back then an actor had to chose either comedy or drama and stick with it!

Katey Sagal, the iconic Peggy Bundy and she played the mom/wife on 8SimpleRules too, again had John Ritter never died that show would have probably became huge like Home Improvement, Cosby Show levels! Katey also saved the day with the Roseanne reboot the Conners she really added just a great fresh angle to the show becoming Dan's new wife and a traveling touring rock star!

And, vice versa. We're not like to see the Pacinos and De Niros of the world do TV, right? And let's not forget live theatre, a whole OTHER world.

Yeah personally if I had to choose to be either a Movie star or a TV star, id choose Movie star, especially now. TV has gotten so bad and we can all agree streaming is totally the norm now. Plus filming a whole movie can be done anywhere from several weeks to a few months where tv stars work schedules are insane!

Interesting! I love the show Seinfeld, never watched Curb Your Enthusiasm. I didn't think I could stomach too much Larry David.

Yeah I don't hate the Seinfeld just felt it was so overrated and not nearly as great as everyone made it out to be. It definitely was a monster huge success and thats undeniable. Yeah I totally feel you I was like whoa I can't watch this old cringe four eyed bald man, but then my old co-workers were like you have to watch it its so funny. So I gave it a shot and was instantly hooked! I think again its like Seinfeld but on roids, since they can cuss, and be very sexually explicit and violent in their jokes and humor etc. No censorship at all on HBO!

Do you by any chance LIVE IN YOUR MOTHER'S BASEMENT?

Oops, I should also mention Virginia Williams who played Tricia, the daughter of Charlie's self-help author lady friend Angie.

LMAO! I finally caught up watching the HBO show The Last Of Us, since everyone and their mama keeps hyping the show, so I won't ruin it and talk spoilers in case you or anyone else hasn't caught up yet, but I'll say this, Melanie Lynskey who plays Rose on TwoAndHalfMen is in The Last of Us and plays a warlord leader of a militia resistance terrorist group lol. Imagine Rose playing a psycho bad ass war lord lol. She's shooting her enemies in the head without any hesitation and shes speaking with the same Rose voice from TwoAndHalfMen the whole time lol. I guess she did play a psycho as Rose in TwoAndHalfMen tho but yeah shes shooting everyone and the leader of this big army of terrorists lol.

I can add a couple more (and, I thought these two characters were also played by the same one actor, but nope, two different actors coming up...)

  • Jessica Collins played Gloria, who might have been Charlie's half-sister
  • Virginia Williams played Tricia, daughter of Charlie's lady friend Angie (and herself a former lover of his)

Both were cute as a button.

How could I forget Kandi's mom Mandi!? (played by Gail O'Grady). She was smoking hot.

Yeah she was.

Man after watching the entire show and already forgetting great episodes and scenes it may be time for another re-watch lol. I usually just let Big Bang Theory play until I fall asleep, but recently I started watching Friends again cuz all the chicks keep referencing it and I never seen every episode in order.

One thing Friends and TwoHalfMen have in common is their first season and maybe second seasons are so outdated. The first season of Friends was so early 90's even 80's vibes to it, its funny how even in the later season they are talking like the internet is some new fad, that might not be around too long. Same with TwoHalfMen, the first few seasons talks about the internet as a joke. Also wanted to point out that Friends had a ton of hotties as well. Many of the hot chicks were way hotter than Rachel, Phoebe etc. Ross hooked up with girls way hotter than Rachel but always seems so sprung on her for some reason. But Chandler, the actor Matthew Perry was a REAL stud in real life he was dating prime Julia Roberts, prime Yasmine Bleeth prime Lizzy Caplan. Dude was killing it in real life!(minus the addiction issues of course).
