The episodes are listed in their original broadcast order. You can find the intended order here.

The episode title card for all available sources (including Japanese) using the episode numbering as it appears on Wikipedia. For example, the Asteroid Blues episode title card shows "Session 1" despite it having originally being broadcast as the thirteenth.

I understand that it's TMDB's common practice to using the original broadcast order but, perhaps in this case, in light of the official numbering as it appears in all available sources, an exception should be made?

No. This is why the WOWOW episode group exists; the episodes are in the correct order there.

Any idea how to get Infuse to use this group?

Honestly, I think this would be solved also by having the default sort be air date, fine, but the actual episode numbers should correspond to the objective truth. In Bebob this is easy because they literally have the number after the titles.

You need to ask this to the support of Infuse.

No, this couldn't be solved this way. The episodes NEED to be numbered in the order of the first broadcast.
