While trying to get her credit limit raised Val foils a bank robbery with the help of an unknown man. Kay hacks into the bank's video surveillance and Nikki recognizes the unknown man as Japanese action star Johnny Loh. Johnny Loh fled from Hong Kong after a stuntman died on the set of his last movie ""Dragonsport 2"". He's now wanted by Hong Kong police for questioning in the 1997 death of the stuntman and by the Hong Kong mob for knowing the truth about his death.
V.I.P. is hired by Jay Chesler now that his bodyguard (Johnny Loh) is on the lam. While doing her rounds Nikki sees someone is in the garage and goes to investigate. The person in the garage turns out to be Johnny Loh and he knocks her out and kidnaps her. He later returns to the scene of the crime with Nikki as insurance to get what he had earlier tried to get, his laptop with the truth about the stuntman's death on it.

Jay Leno hires Val and Tasha to drive a car his dead aunt left him in her will to an auction in Sacramento. Along the way they pick up a hitchhiker who ends up being a wanted felon, the car gets stolen but they retrieve it, Tasha is suspected of kidnapping Val and the car is totaled but Jay doesn't seem to mind.

Art thieves are using a young artist to smuggle paintings. What they did was take pieces of art, put something on the canvas to make it look blank and have Bobby Xero, the artist, paint it. Then they'd put them up for sale at an art show, buy them, rid it of Bobby's work and resell it for much more money. Val however ruined their plans when she spilled some turpentine on one of the canvases exposing the art underneath. Now V.I.P. must regain the painting and rescue Val and Bobby Xero from the smugglers who threatened to kill them for discovering their scheme.

Val's father returns and he's being targeted by a group of high tech terrorists. Val discovers that he's her father and she brings him to her penthouse where they discover that the terrorists are outside so they leave posing as decoys. Two of the terrorists enter the penthouse thinking that Val and her dad are still in there but are treated to a bomb; the bomb blows up destroying the penthouse. Tasha discovers that Val's dad is and ex-CIA operative who was involved in a top-secret project called OMEGA. Val's father is then busted and kept in an extremely well secured building. Tasha has to go through a set of lasers, like Catherine Zeta-Jones in the movie Entrapment, but before she can Val accidentally shoots her with a goo that has a similar effect as Novocain so Val has to take her place. She makes it through all right but gets excited and her breasts accidentally touch the last laser and set off the alarm. They escape with Val's dad and the CIA kills the remaining terrorist.

Diablo 99 is a toxin that will turn water into sludge and Dr. Tina Stokes plans to get her hands on both with the help of a Val double. She sends Val on a health spa getaway and has the fake Val infiltrate V.I.P. and steal Dr. Kovacs' bacteria but her plans are foiled when the real Val returns early believing something is up when Angel, Dr. Tina Stokes' partner, appears at the health and tries to kill her twice.

While there Val, Quick, Kay and Dave, Wilton Knight's software developer, get trapped in the building with a group of thieves when the artificial intelligence program Dave created locks them in and tries to kill them because he thinks they're trying to destroy him. Meanwhile Tasha, Nikki and Johnny try get back a car that was stolen from the parking lot at Foam and discover that it was used to smuggle Viagra from Mexico into the states.

When Relic goes missing from Foam V.I.P. decide to check it out and they discover that he's taking college classes. Val goes to talk to him but he acts as though he doesn't know until she saves him from an assassin. He tells her that he's working undercover trying to uncover a bookmaking operation. She offers V.I.P.'s services since she probably led the assassin to him and V.I.P. go undercover as members of the faculty. Kay goes undercover as a student and is the butt of a practical joke by a sorority sister.
