Extra Details: The seasons and episodes seem to be completely wrong (at least for the releases in Germany). I have found this resource here. - https://www.fernsehserien.de/die-muppet-show/episodenguide (fernsehserien -> The muppet show -> overview) Even though the site is in german, the seasons and episodes are in the same order as my DVDs. Should I just rework all seasons and episodes?

The main episode list is determined by the original network -- for this series, that's ITV -- and it shouldn't be changed because of a different episode order from a rebroadcasting network. TMDb does have episode groups for other episode orders, which you could use to create a group for the German episode order.
