Conclave is there as episode 12. We go by the original airing on the original network, regardless of later DVD releases. The pilot was a two-hour episode, and after that Spike ordered 11 more episodes http://www.tvweek.com/in-depth/2006/01/blade-gets-full-season-order-f/

I'm sorry but I was looking for the french episodes.
according to https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/4619-blade-the-series/season/1?sort_by=episode_number.asc&language=fr-FR the "Conclave" Episode is missing. And you are right, it is because the first and second episodes should be the same.

@mobidyc if you're French/know the language, would you mind changing/correcting the information? I could just copy all the information one episode back, but that'll leave the last one blank. _^
