It originally shared the same website as Spartacus and was simply labeled simply as "Prequel" on the website. It looks to have not been considered its own show but rather "Season 0" of Spartacus. Based on this, the current placement is correct and it shouldn't be added as a separate show.

Spartacus is originally named "Spartacus: Blood and Sand". The website you mentioned is long gone, and this miniseries came out after season 1 of Spartacus. It is a different show. They are both in the IMDb top 250 shows list and S: GOTA has been nominated for an Emmy award when Spartacus hasn't!

We list elements as they were ORIGINALLY released. The fact that the original site is long gone doesn't change anything in the way these episodes were originally released.
