So, assuming the writing will be better in the next season, who would you like to see do a gritty detective story?
I'd like to see any of: Timothy Olyphant, Jeremy Piven, Johnny Knoxville, Gillian Anderson, Kat Dennings, Kim Cattrall, or Lucy Liu.
Just gimme good writing and bring back the supernatural innuendo (if not outright supernatural)

For male leads: Paul Bettany, Oscar Isaac or Edward Norton. For females: Carrie-Anne Moss, Vera Farmiga, Rosario Dawson.
