I loved the premiere episode. It was nice seeing Caroline and Klaus together. Elijah does seem really happy in his amnesia state, everyone else seems pretty miserable. I can't wait to see where the season goes, but I am so disappointed that this is the last. It was always such a great show with fantastic storylines. I'm still holding out hope that they'll decide to keep it going. 😥
It's not going to be the last of the originals. They are spearheading this season for a Hope spin off. Which as of last month is still being developed.
Notes from the premiere:
I feel Marcells pain. Waiting centuries to marry her only to be left standing at the court room.
I like how they are representing teen Hope. Shes super cute and truly looks like both her mother and father. I was hoping she wouldn't be a prime madonna in school,glad they allowed her to go to school as a nobody.
Big mistake creating her hybrid sidekick. Making a hybrid THAT young is doomed from the start. I LOVE her making him a hybrid and sired to her. Just wish it was a different character, not some 15 year old kid who looks like hes prime for bullying everyday OG his life. Hes a big bad hybrid now, life and death is in the past for him. But no one will ever take him seriously in a 15 year old body. she should have thought this through.
My heart literally stopped when Claus called and Hope answered. Those few seconds of silence was mad.
Glad to see it back, NOT glad to see Caroline. She is a huge bore, Cami was the same but at least she had some sparks with Klaus. I'm not as invested with the Klaus/Caroline pairing since I have only seen one episode of VD (it was too teen-centric for me).
Besides why do writers think that everyone needs to be paired up?
I'm looking forward to Declans storyline, liked the actor on Reign.
