Quinn was kicking ass. Thought Sunny was much better than him. Veil is a goner. Sad ending. No more Quinn as well. It might be less interesting next season now.

That whole had to sacrifice herself thing was hella stupid from logic pov, but I'm glad she's gone. Stupid bitch brought it on herself. What kind of stupid do you have to be to save a man who killed your parents for basically no reason and was gonna kill your husband too. Several degrees of stupid.

Back to that end fight, why oh why did Sunny not decapitate Quinn as soon as he was on the ground? He is the biggest threat to him, yet he just turns his back and doesn't even check if he's gone for good? Just mere minutes ago he was tearing the army left and right with absolute conviction then he just fails right where and when it matters.

Ok, so the fat guy gets a little pair of scissors jabbed in his stomach and is almost instantly incapacitated. Meanwhile Quinn gets a sword driven all the way through his chest and just keeps on fighting. OTT much?

a little unrealistic if you ask me. I can usually have a sword driven through my chest 5 or 6 times and fight on a while before I have to take a break and recuperate. But this is Hollywood. Bajie was incapacitated with the five finger scissor of death strike but he survived due to his magic compass and the psychedelic telegraph tower, so that part was realistic.

yeah, typical 'failure to make sure he is dead' trope. Of course he had just rammed a sword through Quinn's chest which ought to have messed up the boiler room pretty badly.
But Sunny should have read ahead in the script and seen that Quinn was going to jump back into the fight. If he had, he might have cut his head off, or at least both his arms and legs. Then he could have kept the girl.

That was so stupid i stopped watching ... Stabbed once trough the chest and once trough the belly by a large blade shrugs off stabbed once trough the shoulder by a Kubotan? Insta death!

Also the fighting in high heels got kinda anoying. Lotsa broken ankles there.

I have no problem ignoring that their tech level was not industrialised enough to allow for keeping cars working (sorry, who exactly makes the new tires?) or all their fancy clothing, and the electric light everywhere. With no power source in sight ...

And the Golfball-sized tumor? Apparently even the headaches stopped? How is that guy even consious?

I am watching season 2 again on Netflix and episode 10 pops out again as a prime example of extreme fantasy on film. Quinn got run through by a large, broad-bladed sword (with multiple rings attached which would add to the tissue destruction), TWICE ( his chest and midsection), and each time he jumped right back into action, as though the sword had done no damage to him at all. The only difference I noted was that he seemed to have more of a glint in his eye as he fought against Sunny.
Unrealistic? hahaha, yeah, oh yeah.

But frankly, it is not any worse than most other shows. I think every time a bomb goes off on a TV show, the characters get back up, shake their heads a bit, (maybe they can't hear well for a couple of minutes,) but nothing worse than that. **They were in the primary blast wave and should have been dead. **Their organs should have been turned to mush from the shock wave. But they get up like nothing much happened. Also, how many times have you seen a character get shot on TV, and after they check and find out it was a through and through shot, i.e. the bullet passed all the way through, they are back on their feet and in action as though nothing happened? And these are often times gut shots, yet they move and fight as though never shot (except an occasional scene where the actor remembers to act a little bit sore for a second).

Sure, the fight scene with Quinn surviving two fight stopping, fatal wounds, only to be instantaneously killed by a puncture wound caused by a psi (sp?) was not credible. But the show has been unrealistic from the first episode. Martial artists jump ten times their own height, stand flat footed on vertical walls as though they are flies, and the whole dark eyes thing.

I totally agree with your point; after all that Quinn had already survived, Sunny should never have assumed he was dead that time. He should have cut off his head, maybe his arms and legs too. Because I can just about see Quinn's head on the floor talking to Sunny, while Quinn's body carried on the fight. Just about. I kind of laugh thinking about Quinn's head saying "I can still beat you Sunny" while his headless body keeps fighting.

I would understand if Sunny had run that bastard through a food processor a few times just to be sure he was all the way dead.
