I know most will not agree, but I am going to say yes. He could have let the Master live and take over the world with his dad, but he chose humanity. I think the turning point for Zack came when he was with the Master at the Empire State Building looking out over New York and realizing that everyone was going to die. I saw something in his eyes. He asked to accompany the master to the bomb lair because of that. I don't know if he just wanted to save his dad in that moment, but in the end I think he chose humanity.

No. He killed tens of thousands with the second bomb (first being the one in Ancients lair) and killed millions in the aftermath. I wanted Quinlan to rip him to bits or feed him to the mongrels. That would of been much more satisfying.
He was totally beyond redemption.

I'm in agreement with you, ollie. The petulant prick screwed up time and time again. Then he suddenly had a change of heart because he saw New York City getting decimated (again)? No. Screw the little bastard. Whatever his reasons, I'm glad he's dead.
