As the squad looks for ways to implicate the corrupt Lt. Hawkins, Jake puts his detective skills to work with help from his affable cannibal cellmate.

Jake and Boyle hunt for a serial killer under the watchful eye of Commissioner Kelly. Terry learns that more money does indeed bring more problems.
