Discuss Prisoners of War

Hello,

I noted that the title of the episode is "Homecoming" and its is locked.

Well, since in this site we are talking about of titles translated from the original languages, and not of titles freely choose by the networks in which the series are imported, I'd say that the correct title of the first episode of season 1 it is "The Return".

Is there any chance to fix this or unlock the episode?

The English translated title should be the title used for the broadcast of the series in an English speaking country. So, do you have an official proof that the title used at that moment was "The Return" ?

I found this title from IMDB, but I think I have to look for the networks official sites in english, right?

Yes.

It seems that the qualifying broadcast took place in the UK on Sky Arts on May 10, 2012. But I haven't been able to find the episode title.

But, normally, if the data is locked, that means that they have been verified by a moderator.

This is not an official proof, but "Homecoming" is also the English title listed on Wikipedia.

Yesterday I did the same research on Sky Arts official sites but they didn't published the list of the episodes with their titles.

Unfortunately we can keep the actual title, even if I'm not totally agree the field must contain the title used by english network.

For me is better the english titles, ok, but translated literally (if possible) from the original languages (hebrew in this case).

In this way you don't loose the meaning of the title and the sensations that writers of that episode wanted to give to the audience with that particular title.

I looked for also on the canadian network and australian network which aired the show, but no even evidences over there.

This is our rule, so that should be respected.

This should be the first title used in an English country. The first broadcast was the UK one. So, these other networks doesn't count.
