Two kids are trapped on top of a gas tank; a girl's college lacrosse game turns violent; Boot has surgery to remove a tick; Dr. Early deals with a hypochondriac. Chet is injured during a rescue and is roomed with Roy, who has had his tonsils removed.

The paramedics rescue a man trapped in a doughnut machine and a child from a structure fire.
