His softspoken, sadistic interpretation of captain Simcoe in "TURN", is impressive. In episode 2 of season 4 he does something so incredibly cruel, that I actually feel like I hate him myself. A sentiment which I believe is brought on by the skill of the actor, and not only the actions of his character.

Samuel Roukin's voice interpretation here, reminds me of Terrance Stamp/General Zod from Superman II:
"Why do you say those things to me, when you know I will kill you for it?" Same voice interpretation in that scene, as Roukin's here.
Reminiscent of the same kind of character.

For me he resembles another actor in looks, if not in his voice acting, namely Christopher Heyerdahl. They both also seem to have an excellent grasp of how to play evil conniving characters, which is an attribute I love.
