Discuss Marvel's Daredevil

...was incredidibly frustrating. The fight scene was so bad it almost ruined the entire season. The fight between Daredevil and Bullseye in episode 6 was amazing and incredibly tense. The whole dynamic where Daredevil had the advanrage at close range and bullseye had the advantage at range made it intriguing. Later on Daredevil even said explicitly that he had to get in close to stand a chance. Then in episode 10 this wascall turned into a joke. Bullseye didn't manage to land a single hit with his projectiles, except when he hit the wrong person. He was periodically sluggish and missed countless opportunities to land blows whenever it was convenient for the lazy director. Then he proceded to easily beat the crap out of Daredevil at close range, simply but punching him in the face, no skillful shots or anything. Not that there is any reason he should be anywhere near to matching him at close range anyway. And daredevil was knocked unconscios after a couple of punches, going down easily. At which point(you could see this coming from a mile off, the absurdity) he was caught inexplicably off guard by Karen Page, despite knowing that she was standing behind him.

Anyway, the episode was so awful it actually made me fume, so I needed to write this rant to blow it off. I think this is a problem for shows like this. They really need to pay attention to getting directors who know how to do fight scenes for episodes with an important fight scene. Otherwise you get this kind of infuriating inconsistency.

What irritated me the most was how bad Bullseye was at lying to his "girlfriend". He's psychopath and an FBI agent, you'd think he'd come up with better lies. He had no problem lying to a psychiatrist, but froze when he need an excuse with a girl he liked? That makes no sense considering his background.

For instance, all he had to say about the info he had on her was that everyone that worked in the hotel was given a background check due to Fisk being incarcerated there, and he recognized the name on her file, and he skimmed it to see if it was the same person he knew way back when. She would have accepted the story without question (cause it would have made sense to her), and the drama that followed after wouldn't have happened.
