So Thursday's episode was about the store dealing with a tornado. I live in the Charleston, SC area and Thursday the show was preempted for coverage about tornado warnings in the viewing area.

These writers are clairvoyant!

What's ironic or not is one of the more hotly debated issues on these boards. I agree that the word is often misused, but it often does convey what the author intended.

I suppose.

However, these Nostradamus-like writers need to utilize their powers for good, not evil.

I think we can all agree on that.

As do the members of the Grammar Police. Criticizing someone's writing should be viewed as an excellent teaching moment.
