Season Formatting

I'm aware of the discussions to have options for the one season format vice the arc setup that we see right now, but my concern is that things will get confusing if we don't have them split up. If there isn't an option to have Anime numbering or some other selectable option when editing the pages then we will have duplicate episodes and the programs we use to load metadata to files will start getting confused as well.
note - I'm very overly laymen on purpose.

Did you figure it out? I can't really find anything on the wiki related to groups and no matter how I name my folders it still only does one season. :/
