Adam and Sally are best friends. They are studying for some tests and stuff and decide to check out Sally's sister, Peggy's, ""sex-shop."" They steal some edible undies and try eating them. Peggy and her boyfriend Red come back and start to make out. Sally and Adam discuss the upcoming dance. Adam wants to ask Jenny and Sally wants to go with Russell. Peggy comes to Sally's room and yells at her for going through her stuff. Later, Sally and Adam want to practice kissing so they don't look like fools in front of their dates.

They kiss different parts of their bodies. Adam gets ""excited"" and goes to the bathroom. He talks with Red, who tells him to tell Sally how he feels. Adam and Sally talk more about the dance, but Adam never gets the chance to let Sally know how he feels.

He hasn't, but then he calls her and tells her to go with him. Then, Adam and Sally talk about their dates' sex history. They both know that Russell has had sex, as well as Jenny. Adam steals a condom from Red's bag and gets caught. Red and Adam go to the bathroom and Red says he thinks it was cute that Adam wanted a condom, but he warns him that it could expire. Adam and Sally look at the condom and then practice kissing again. Sally gets an e-mail from Russell and it says he got a limo and hotel room for her and Adam and Jenny for after the dance. Adam leaves bummed out.

Sally says to Adam that she wants to give it a chance. They have sex, but things get awkward when Adam leaves.

Adam comes over and things between him and Sally are awkward. Sally goes to talk with Peggy and she tells her that she had sex with Adam. Peggy is floored that her younger sister had sex before her. Meanwhile, Adam tells Red that he had sex with Sally and Red gets jealous too. Peggy hugs Sally and tells her that she will always be there for her. Sally goes back to her room to talk with Adam, but he's not there. He comes back and brings Sally a protein bar, telling him that it symbolizes that they should not change their relationship. Sally is thrilled, but tells Adam that she does want things to change. Adam and Red leave and Sally and Peggy talk. It turns out that Red is talking more with Peggy now, but more so trying to pressure her into sex. Then, Peggy asks Sally what sex is like and she tells her it is great.
