Montgomery appears like he could be a really big star. He definitely has talent and I could see him going places. I could see him playing a recast Lex Luthor in the DC universe. Either that or I heard he was interested in playing Nightwing. I could see him doing a good job with that too.
One scene I really enjoyed was the scene between Billy and Nancy's mom. He played that scene so well and so did the actress playing the mother. It was an awkward but charming scene.

Yes, that scene was great! I think he did a great job playing Billy. Somehow he managed to make a mostly unlikable character very fun to watch and even sympathetic at times.
I felt there was something of a young Robert Downey Jr about him.
