YAU TAT learns about YAU CHI's past story in Taiwan from YEE-LIM and he finally understands his mother. YEUNG KWONG treats YAU TAT differently. WAI-WAN discovers that somebody has used YAU TAT's photocopy card to print a large amount of their partner SAM's client information. WAI-WAN believes that somebody has picked up YAU TAT's card and used it. CHI-HUNG admits that he has picked up the card before. However, he has no idea of what happened at all since he was drunk in that evening. YEUNG KWONG asks FAI-TING to help finding the person with YAU TAT and FAI-TING seeks help from his father. CHI-HUNG remembers the name of the model he met in that evening. They return office to inform YEE-LIM but they discover that the model is in YEE-LIM's office already.… ...

YEE-LIM tells all colleagues that the famous accounting firm EVIF from Singapore will set up a branch office in Hong Kong. The company will be joining the cycling contest of the industry as well.
