This is Zoe Kazan romantic fantasy about her relationship with her boyfriend Paul Dano?
Just meeting and dating in the real world is so boring, so she decided to make everything more exciting and wrote a magical love story, changed the names and gave it a possible fairy tale ending.
"Have we met before?"
"You seem very familiar."
"Maybe we knew each other in another life, or maybe we just go to the same coffee shop."
"Can we start over?"
"Just don't tell me how it ends, okay."
"Promise."
Wouldn't we all want to write our own love story?

I saw an early screening of this, years ago, and thought it was pretty good. Paul Dano is always fantastic.

Is there the perfect woman for us? No, not even if we design it exactly how we want it to be. It must be as it is, itself. Then yes, it will be perfect for us.
