Wow, what a scary movie! Anyway, does anyone have opinions on Beyoncé's performance in this, as opposed to her Etta James in Cadillac Records?
I personally prefer her Etta. That smooth, nuanced performance just felt slipped into like a sneaker. It definitely tops her housewife role in Obsessed.

Oh, I think it's something about the tone -- which seems a little odd, seeing how tone's something that's not transmitted so well over a message board. Look at how you ended your sentence up above without a period -- like you're being short with me or something -- oh, never mind.
