Could this film be combined with 2011's Drive

I like the movie, however there are several similarities with 2011's Drive, so I am wondering if this could fit with Drive as far as expanding the Character's backstory and the decisions he makes throughout the film, which we know nothing about. I liked the movie and can how it could fit within the framework of Drive.

I would assume it could. But both are kinda go for different things. Drive is more of an action drama while this more action-comedy with a clever use of music.
