Extra Details: I saw this movie recently and reviewed the contribution bible, I believe the "adult content" flag should be removed - this movie is definitely not pornography. I reviewed Lars von Trier's Antichrist (2009) which has some sex scenes and it was not marked as "adult content" either, which I believe is correct.

Hi, since there are at least two hardcore scenes in the original version of the movie (did you see the softcore cut?), the setting is correct.
As for Antichrist, there are some explicit scenes, but I don't remember anything remotely close to the hardcore pornography in The Sinful Dwarf. That's the difference. I think the BBFC in the UK explains it quite well here. Still, even if those brief seconds would be considered hardcore (which I would disagree with), the movie was reviewed as a regular movie by film critics and would be a clear example of an exception to the rule.
