2 - The framing is different. Lots of white area. I do not think it's a duplicate. Personally I find ugly the one with the larger white area.

I trust Statens Medieråd (Swedish Media Council) more than the Swedish Film Database when it comes to runtime. They are the ones that handle all the film classification in Sweden before they go to the cinemas. So they usually have the exact Film or DCP copy that they get, so the runtime should be correct.
EDIT: Press first entry, then it will display runtime and some other information, usually if something has been cut from the movie.
