Discuss Overlord

Despite the poor trailers, I had a really good time with this film.

lol. what? why is the sky blue? dont fucking know!

You're cracking me up! The sky is blue because of the way earth's atmosphere filters the light from the sun. You were saying the movie is not historically accurate, but is that important for a movie such as "Overlord" (2018?) Of course the movie looks like it was based off from something that really happened like WWII, but that's like saying "The Amityville Horror" (1979) is based on true events. Well, the only true event that took place in "The Amityville Horror" is a family moved into a house. Everything else well...is fiction.

no. I said its historically inaccurate. you are reading way to much into it. if a civil war film had snowboarders say the same. calm down.

If a civil war film had snowboarders, I would think it's probably a new secrete weapon that's about to be used and we're about to find out what kind of surprise is inside those snowboards; if not soon, at least later on in the movie. I wouldn't rule anything out in a work of fiction; unless it's a documentary then of course I'd be thinking there was no way in hell snowboarders would have been involved during the civil war particularly since Hell doesn't have any snow.

Sorry, I meant to type inaccurate. A movie that's fiction like "Overlord" (2018) doesn't have to be accurate.

You seem to not like the fact that it's inaccurate and I'm trying to figure out why that's important to you. Almost every movie made is inaccurate even the ones based from true events. So what is it that you're trying to say?
