During the movie, the antagonist William visits a site called "Ultimo Quarto" a couple of times. On the site, a bunch of older teen boys repeatedly and unrelentingly berate and bully a younger boy. Of course, I've heard from various places over the years that there are sinister sites out there but I have never seen anything so explicit. My question is: What kind of site is that?

I'm interested, as an amateur sociologist, in seeing that side of the human condition. Does anyone know of sites like that?
