Property Virgins is a reality television series produced by Cineflix. The show portrays the experiences of prospective first-time home buyers, or "property virgins." The host of the show coaches first time home buyers to adjust their dream home vision to a more realistic one that fits the market and their budget.

The program originated on HGTV Canada in March 2006 and expanded to HGTV in the United States in its second season. The program was hosted by Sandra Rinomato, a Toronto-based real estate expert, from its inception until 2011, and is now hosted by Egypt Sherrod. Rinomato subsequently launched a new HGTV series, Buy Herself, in April 2012.

Income Property is a home-improvement show which airs on HGTV. The host, Scott McGillivray, is a home contractor and renovation specialist who helps homeowners make their mortgage payments by adding a rental unit to their house.

The series premiered on HGTV on January 1, 2009. New episodes air Tuesdays at 9pm ET on HGTV US and Thursday at 9pm ET on HGTV Canada. The program was a half-hour long until 2013, when it became an hour-long show.

Holmes on Homes is a Canadian television series featuring general contractor Mike Holmes visiting homeowners who are in need of help, mainly due to unsatisfactory home renovations performed by hired contractors.

The series originally aired on Home & Garden Television in Canada, and also on several other Alliance Atlantis networks in Canada, as well as in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and on HGTV in the United States. It had previously aired in the US on Discovery Home until that channel was rebranded Planet Green on June 4, 2008. It was once the highest-rated show on the Canadian HGTV, with shows airing upwards of 20 times a week at the peak of its popularity. It has won the Gemini viewers' choice award, a testament to the popularity of the show in Canada.

Originally, Holmes on Homes ran as a series of 30-minute episodes, but moved to a one-hour format midway through the third season due to popular demand. Several longer specials have aired: the one-hour season finale to the first season, Whole House Disaster; the one-hour Holmes for the Holidays at the end of the third season; the two-hour House to Home season finale for the fourth season; the two-hour specials Out of the Ashes and Holmes Inspection in the fifth season; the two-hour sixth-season episode Pasadena 911; and the two-hour Lien on Me in the final season. The latest episode is available for viewing on HGTV's website. The first five seasons of half-hour and hour long episodes, as well as the "Holmes for the Holidays" episode, are also available for purchase on DVD. Season seven commenced airing in Australia on 1 October 2008 on the HOW TO Channel and in the UK on 24 March 2009 on Discovery Shed.

Holmes Inspection is a 2009 Canadian home renovation series on HGTV, hosted by general contractor Mike Holmes. It is the third of Holmes' renovation series, following Holmes on Homes and Holmes in New Orleans. The format of the series is similar to those of his previous series Holmes on Homes, where Mike enters a home in need of repair and often finds substandard work. However, unlike Holmes on Homes, whose focus was on substandard work done by fraudulent or poor-quality contractors, the focus of Holmes Inspection is on homeowners who have been victimized solely as a result of poor home inspections.

In the United States, the series debuted on HGTV on Sunday, December 19, 2010.
